PRICE MATCH & BEATING:

Washco will match the price of any local competitor's regular or sale price of instock product. Washco will then also beat the price by providing an additional 10% of the price difference back to the customer. The price match policy excludes some items such as BE Power Equipment products as pricing is based on a tiered model that can not be included, and excludes any Special Order * products, other conditions may apply.

WARRANTIES:

The products ordered on this site are warrantied as per the manufacturers warranties. Washco does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the products on this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. If your product is damaged during shipping, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to report the issues.

Washco only sells products from the major brands with the best warranties in the industry. We guarantee you will receive the products you buy in top-notch condition or we will make it right. All manufacturer warranties will be managed through Washco and details on the warranties can be found on each product page. Most products come with a minimum 1 year warranty to be free of any manufacturer defects.

If you have a warranty claim please use the following process. Be sure to include pictures and be descriptive. Also, please note that the warranties are non-transferable.

Warranty Process:

1. To start a warranty claim please email: sales@washco.ca
2. In the Subject Line put: WARRANTY
3. Please provide the following details:
• Your Name
• Your Phone Number
• Your Order Number (if you have it)
• The Products you are making a claim on
• A detailed description of the issue(s), when it happened
• Pictures of the issue
4. You will receive a response with next steps within 3 business days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Washco shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, or site itself.

PRICING ERRORS:

People make mistakes! In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Washco reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Washco reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled a refund will be issued to the credit card used for the full order amount.
