We ship most orders same day if placed before noon, or next day at the latest. 

Free ground shipping on most orders within Canada over $250.00 CAD before taxes. Free shipping may be excluded on orders with single items over 70 lbs, shipping of chemicals, items or destinations with special surcharges, or special-order / direct from manufacturer items, contact us at 1-800-675-5580 if you have any questions.

Free shipping includes courier shipping through the most economical option. We use ground shipping and ETA's range from 1 to 4 days on average depending on where in the country you are located. Should you require your order faster, we can help with expedited shipping for an additional fee, just give us a call at 1-800-675-5580 and we will do whatever we can to help!

SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED:

Some of our high-value shipments will require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Our carriers may offer additional delivery options, which may include electronic signature or estimated delivery time windows, or redirecting the package to a pick-up depot, please contact the carrier from your shipping confirmation to make any additional arrangements.
